Main structural features

According to different purposes, handcarts are divided into circuit breaker handcarts, voltage transformer handcarts, metering handcarts, isolation handcarts, and handcarts of the same specification can be completely interchanged. The handcart has a disconnection position, a test position and a working position in the cabinet, and each position has a positioning device to ensure reliable interlocking, and must be operated according to the interlocking anti-misoperation procedure. All kinds of handcarts are propelled and withdrawn by worm gears and worms. Its operation is light and flexible, and it is suitable for various personnel on duty. When the handcart needs to be removed from the cabinet, it can be taken out with a special transfer car. Various inspections and maintenance; moreover, the middle-mounted type is adopted, the whole handcart is small in size, and the inspection and maintenance are very convenient.
The circuit breaker trolley is equipped with real circuit breakers and other auxiliary equipment. Circuit Breaker Room
Rails are installed on both sides of the cabinet for the handcart to move and slide from the disconnected position or the test position to the working position in the cabinet. The partition (valve) of the static contact box is installed at the rear of the handcart room. When the handcart moves from the disconnected position or the test position to the working position, the valves on the BU and lower static contacts are linked with the handcart and open automatically at the same time; when moving in the opposite direction, the valves are automatically closed. Until the handcart retreats to a certain position and is completely covered as a static contact box, an effective isolation is formed. At the same time, because the upper and lower valves are not linked, the valve on the live side can be locked during maintenance, so as to ensure that maintenance personnel do not touch the live body. Bus bar inspection
The main busbar is a single splicing and interpenetrating connection. It is fixed by the branch busbar and the static contact box. The main busbar and tie busbar are copper bars with rectangular cross section. The branch busbar is connected to the static contact box and the main busbar through bolts, and no other support is required. For special requirements, the busbar can be covered with heat shrinkable sleeves and connecting bolt insulation sleeves and end caps. Adjacent cabinet busbars are fixed with bushings. In this way, the air buffer retained between the connected busbars can prevent it from penetrating and melting if an internal fault arc occurs, and the bushing can effectively limit the accident to the compartment and not spread to other cabinets.
Cable Compartment
The switchgear adopts the middle type, so the cable room has a large space, the current transformer and the grounding switch are installed on the back wall of the compartment, and the lightning arrester is installed in the compartment. After the handcart and the withdrawable horizontal partition are removed, construction personnel can enter the cabinet from the front for installation and maintenance. For the cable connection conductors in the cable house, 1 to 3 single-core cables can be connected in parallel for each phase. If necessary, 6 single-core cables can be connected in parallel for each phase. The magnetically conductive metal sealing plate ensures convenient construction.
Relay meter channeling D
Relay protection components, instruments, live monitoring indicators, and secondary equipment with special requirements can be installed in the meter room. The control circuit is laid in the wire slot with enough space, and there is a metal cover plate, which can isolate the secondary line from the high voltage room. The left trunking is reserved for controlling the entry and exit of small bus bars, and the small lines inside the switchgear are laid on the right side. On the top plate of the relay instrument room, there are small busbar passing holes for easy construction. When wiring, the top cover of the instrument room can be turned over, which is convenient for the installation of small busbars.
Prevent misoperation of interlocks
The switchgear is equipped with a safe and reliable interlock device, which fully meets the requirements of "five defenses".
1. There is a prompt button or KK switch on the door of the instrument room to prevent the circuit breaker from being closed or opened by mistake.
2. When the circuit breaker trolley is in the test or working position, the circuit breaker can be closed and opened, and after the circuit breaker is closed, the handcart cannot move, which prevents the circuit breaker from being pushed and pulled by mistake.
3. Only when the grounding switch is in the opening position, the circuit breaker handcart can move from the test disconnection position to the working position. Only when the handcart of the circuit breaker is in the test/disconnect position, the grounding switch can be closed (the grounding switch can be equipped with a voltage display device). This prevents the electrified grounding switch from being closed by mistake and prevents the grounding switch from being in the closed position to close the circuit breaker.
4. When the grounding switch is in the opening position, the lower door and the rear door cannot be opened to prevent people from accidentally entering the electrified interval.
5. When the circuit breaker handcart is in the working position, the secondary plug is locked and cannot be pulled out.

Pressure Relief Device
There are pressure relief devices above the circuit breaker handcart room, busbar room and cable room. When an internal fault arc occurs in the circuit breaker or busbar, the internal pressure of the switchgear will rise with the occurrence of the arc. The special sealing ring of the door seals the front of the cabinet, and the pressure relief metal plate equipped on the top is automatically opened to release the pressure and discharge the gas, so as to ensure the safety of the operator and the switch cabinet.
Interlocking of the secondary plug and the position of the handcart
The connection between the secondary line on the switchgear and the secondary line of the circuit breaker handcart is realized through the manual secondary plug. The moving contact of the secondary plug is connected to the handcart of the circuit breaker through a nylon corrugated telescopic tube. The secondary static contact seat is installed on the upper right of the handcart room of the switch cabinet. The handcart of the circuit breaker is only in the test and disconnected position. Only then can the secondary plug be plugged in and released. When the circuit breaker trolley is in the working position, the secondary plug is locked and cannot be released because the closing mechanism of the circuit breaker trolley is locked by the electromagnet. , the handcart of the circuit breaker can only be opened before the secondary plug is connected, so it cannot be closed
Charge indicator
If required by the user, the switchgear can be equipped with an optional part to detect the operation of the primary circuit, that is, a live display device. The device is composed of a high-voltage sensor and a portable display, and is connected as a whole by the user's external conductive wire. The device can not only prompt the live state of the high-voltage circuit, but also cooperate with the electromagnetic lock to realize the forced locking of the switch handle to prevent the grounding switch from being charged. , To prevent people from mistakenly electrified, so as to improve the anti-mistake performance of supporting products.
Prevents condensation and corrosion
In order to prevent the danger of condensation in the climate environment with high humidity or large temperature changes, an automatic drop condensation controller is installed in the instrument room, and heating devices are installed in the circuit breaker room and the cable room. device for use in the above environment and to prevent corrosion.
Grounding device
Separately set up a 5×30mm grounding copper bar in the cable room, which can run through the adjacent cabinets and make good contact with the cabinets. This grounding bar is used for directly grounded components: at the same time, since the entire cabinet is spliced with aluminum-zinc plates, the entire cabinet is in a good grounding state to ensure that the operating personnel can touch the cabinet safely.

Basic form
The construction of the installation foundation of the switchgear shall comply with the relevant provisions of the "Technical Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Electric Power Construction".
The installation foundation of the switchgear generally needs to be poured concrete twice. The first time is to install the components of the switchgear, which are angle steel or square steel, and the installation foundation of channel steel components. The second pouring of concrete is the supplementary layer of the ground. The general thickness is 60mm. When pouring the concrete supplementary layer, the concrete height should be lower than the component plane. 1~3mm.

The quality of the installation must be ensured during the installation of the basic frame. The technical standard for frame installation is 1 square meter with a tolerance of 1mm.
Switchgear Installation

When the cabinet body is single-row, the corridor in front of the cabinet should be 2.5 meters, and when the cabinet is arranged in double rows, the operation corridor between the cabinets should be 3 meters
Transport the switch cabinets to their specific locations according to the project needs and drawings. If there is a long row of switch cabinets (more than 10), the cabinet consolidation work should start from the middle part.
During the transportation of switchgear, specific means of transportation such as cranes should be used. It is strictly forbidden to use roller crowbars; and it is strictly forbidden to push the circuit breaker trolley into the cabinet to carry it together. The circuit breaker trolley (and other handcarts) can only be put into the corresponding small room after the cabinet is installed.
Install the switchgear one by one. Including both horizontal and vertical aspects. The unevenness of switch cabinet installation shall not exceed 2mm.
When the switchgear has been completely assembled (spliced), it can be connected to the foundation with M12 anchor bolts or welded firmly to the foundation frame by electric welding.
Bus installation
The busbars in the switchgear are all rectangular busbars, and they are segmented. When different currents are selected, the busbars selected are only in different quantities and specifications, so the following steps must be followed during installation:
Wipe the bus bar with a clean and dry soft cloth, check whether the insulating sleeve is damaged, and apply conductive paste or neutral Vaseline on the connection part
Install the bus bar one cabinet after another, and connect the bus bar section and the corresponding branch bus bar together. When bolting, insert a suitable pad and tighten it with bolts.
Earthing device for switchgear
Use the pre-set connection plate to connect the grounding busbars of each cabinet together.
Connect all leads that need to be grounded inside the switch.
Connect the basic frame with the grounding bar. If there are more than 10 cabinets ttl~l, there must be more than two grounding points.
The grounding wire of the grounding switch is connected to the grounding bus bar of the switch cabinet.
See inspection after switchgear installation
After the switchgear is installed in place, remove the dust or sundries on the equipment in the cabinet, then check whether all the fastening bolts are loose, push and push the circuit breaker in the cabinet, and perform the opening and closing action, observe Whether there is any abnormality, check whether the secondary wiring is correct according to the circuit diagram, adjust the relay, and check whether the interlock is valid.

Use and Maintenance
During the operation of the switchgear, the operating personnel should not only abide by the relevant regulations, but also pay attention to the following issues
Although the switchgear is designed with interlocks to ensure the correct operating procedures of each part of the switchgear, the operator's input and withdrawal of each part of the switchgear should still be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the operating procedures and technical documents, and should not be arbitrarily When the operation is blocked, it should not be operated forcibly without analysis, otherwise it will easily cause equipment damage and even cause accidents.
Operation of Circuit Breaker Panels Without Ground Wire
a. Push the removable parts of the circuit breaker into the cabinet: Before the circuit breaker trolley is ready to be pushed into the cabinet from outside the cabinet, carefully check whether the circuit breaker is in good condition, whether there are missing parts, whether there are tools and other sundries Put it in the mechanism box or switch. After confirming that there is no problem, install the car on the transfer car and lock it. Push the transfer car to the front of the cabinet, raise the car to a suitable position, and insert the front positioning lock plate of the transfer car into the partition of the cabinet. After installing the board socket and locking the transfer trolley with the cabinet, open the locking hook of the terminal trolley, push the trolley smoothly into the cabinet and lock it at the same time. After confirming that the trolley and the cabinet have been locked, unlock the transfer trolley and the cabinet, and push the transfer trolley away
b. The trolley is operated in the cabinet: after the trolley is loaded into the cabinet from the transfer car, it is in the disconnected position in the cabinet. OK, if the power is turned on, the indicator light of the test position on the panel of the instrument room will be on. At this time, the electric operation test of the trolley can be carried out when the main circuit is not connected. If you want to continue the operation, you must first close all the cabinet doors and insert the key. Lock the door, lock the door, and confirm that the circuit breaker is in the OFF state (see item d). At this time, you can insert the handle of the handcart into the operation hole on the middle panel, and turn the handle clockwise until the handle is obviously blocked. Hear the crisp auxiliary switch switching sound, and at the same time, the working position indicator light on the panel of the instrument room is on, and then remove the crank. At this time, the main circuit is connected and the circuit breaker is in the working position, and the closing and opening operations can be performed by controlling the circuit breaker.
If you are going to withdraw the trolley from the working position, first of all, you should confirm that the circuit breaker is in the f off state (see item d), insert your hand to operate the handle, and turn it counterclockwise until the handle is blocked and you hear a crisp auxiliary The switch sounds, and the car returns to the test position. At this time, the main circuit has been completely disconnected, and the metal valve is closed.
c. Take out the trolley from the cabinet: If you are going to take out the trolley from the cabinet, you should first make sure that the trolley is in the test position, then release the auxiliary head, and lock the moving plug on the handle. Put the transfer car in front of the cabinet (same as when putting the small first into the cabinet), and then unlock the handcart and pull it out. When the handcart has completely entered the transfer car and confirmed the lock of the transfer year, release the connection between the transfer car and the cabinet. Lock, pull the transfer car back for an appropriate distance, and then stop slowly. If the car is to be transported by a transfer car for a long distance, be extra careful when pushing the transfer car to avoid accidents during transportation.
The opening and closing state of the circuit breaker can be judged by the closing and closing indicator on the circuit breaker handcart and the instrument room and the closing and closing indicator on the panel.
If you see the handcart panel J: green opening indicator through the observation window of the panel in the cabinet, it is judged that the circuit breaker is in the opening state.

The procedure of pushing the handcart of the circuit breaker into the cabinet and taking it out of the cabinet is exactly the same as that of the circuit breaker cabinet without a grounding switch. Notes on using interlock
The interlock of this product is mainly mechanical interlock, supplemented by electrical interlock, in order to achieve the "five defenses" locking requirements. However, the operator should not ignore the requirements of the operating procedures. Only the combination of the procedures and technical means can effectively play the role of the interlock device and prevent misoperation accidents.
The activation and release of the interlock function of this product are mostly realized simultaneously during normal operation. No additional steps are required. If the operation is found to be blocked (such as increased operating resistance), first check whether there is a possibility of misoperation, and do not force the operation to damage the equipment or even cause misoperation accidents.
Some interlocks allow emergency unlocking due to special operational needs (such as the interlock of the lower panel of the cabinet and the grounding switch). The use of emergency unlocking must be cautious, and it is not suitable for frequent use. Necessary protective measures must also be taken when using it. Once the treatment is completed, the original state of the interlocking should be restored immediately.
