GCK series low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for generators, metallurgy, petrochemical, light industry production lines, ports, buildings, hotels and other places as the distribution of AC three-phase four-wire or five-wire system, voltage 380V, 50Hz power system For electricity and motor control, if it is equipped with intelligent instruments and switches, it can be connected to the upper network through the communication interface to realize intelligent management.
This product complies with GB7251, IE439-1 and NEMAICS-2-322 (American Electrical Standards Institute) and other standards.
Model Description
Use environmental conditions
The ambient air temperature should not be higher than +40°C and not lower than -5°C. The average temperature within 24 hours should not be higher than +35°C.
The relative humidity of the surrounding air cannot exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40°C, and a relatively high relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature, such as 90% at +20°C. Occasional condensation effects.
The altitude does not exceed 2000M
When the device is installed, the inclination to the vertical does not exceed 5%, and the entire set of cabinets is arranged relatively flat.
The device should be installed in a place where there are endless strong vibrations and shocks, and where there is insufficient corrosion of practical electrical components.
This device is suitable for transportation and storage within the following temperature range: -25°C to +55°C, not exceeding +70°C within a short period of time (24 hours).

Structural Features
The skeleton is composed of C-shaped ribs, C-shaped beams and corner connectors. The cabinet body has high strength, and the corner connectors can make the cabinet frame installation simple, convenient and effective. The cabinet frame installation is simple, convenient and effective. The magnetic circuit of the cabinet frame is disconnected: the mounting hole with E=25mm modulus is used on the cabinet frame, which is convenient for installation and flexible.
The functional unit is designed according to the modular structure, the effective device installation height is 1800mm, and the drawer unit module is 200mm
The cabinet is divided into horizontal busbar room, vertical busbar room, functional unit room and cable room, all of which are isolated by steel plates. The functions of each unit are relatively independent and strictly separated to ensure safe use.
The functional unit of the feeder cabinet adopts a drawer type, and the vertical busbar is located on the left side of the cabinet. Each functional unit is connected in parallel to the vertical busbar, and the same functional units are interchangeable through plug-in links. The normal power supply of adjacent functional units will not be affected when the functional unit is inserted and withdrawn.
The drawer higher than 400mm is equipped with upper and lower push structures. There is a mechanical interlock between the functional unit and the main switch cable room. The door cannot be opened when the main switch is on, and the door can only be opened when the main switch is off.
Key components such as cabinet inner beams, unit partitions, component mounting plates and mounting supports are all made of aluminum-zinc clad plates, which can enhance their anti-corrosion ability and mechanical strength. The cabinet door is electrostatically sprayed with epoxy powder. The protection level of the cabinet reaches IP30, ensuring the safety, maintenance, inspection, monitoring, overhaul and experiment of the staff.

Installation, use and maintenance
1. When the device arrives at the destination, first check whether the packing box is complete. If the device is not installed immediately, it should be stored in a dry and clean place.
2. The device is recommended to be installed away from the wall. The installation base plane is required to be flat. The level error of the base channel steel is 1/1000, and the total length deviation is 3mm.
3. It is recommended to use grade 8.8 and tension washers for the bolt fixing method of the conductive part, and the recommended tightening torque is attached in the table
4. After the cable is connected, the bottom of the device should be closed to prevent small animals from climbing into the cabinet and causing short circuit accidents.
5. Before the device is put into operation, the following inspections and experiments are required:
A. Check whether the electrical equipment and wiring inside the switch cabinet meet the requirements of the drawings, whether the wire ends are marked with numbers, and whether the wiring is neat and firm.
B. Check whether the installed electrical equipment is in good contact and whether it meets the technical conditions of the electrical equipment itself.
C. Whether the main contacts of the main electrical appliances are reliable and accurate.
D. Check the reliability of mechanical interlock and electrical interlock.
E. Check whether the withdrawable components are flexible and in good contact, and there should be no jamming or excessive operating force.
F. Check whether the insulation resistance of the main circuit and the control circuit meets the specified requirements, and check and test whether the grounding device of the switch cabinet is reliable.
G. Check and test whether the meter and relay action are correct.
H. Drawers of the same specification should be easily interchangeable without jamming and collision.
Device Shipping and Storage
A. The device can be hoisted or transported by forklift.
B. The device is not allowed to be tilted and subjected to severe vibration.
C. If the device needs to be moved in a small distance when it is installed in place, it can be pried on the four corners of the bottom frame.
D. It is not allowed to disassemble electrical products and components in the device.
E. It should be protected from rain and damp, and the ambient temperature should be in accordance with the relevant regulations of this sample.
