Overview
This product is suitable for low-voltage power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings and other industries. In large-scale power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with high automation and requirements for computer interface, as three-phase AC, the rated working voltage is 380V, 660V, and the rated current is 4000A and below. Use environmental conditions
The ambient air temperature should not be higher than +40°C and not lower than -5°C. The average temperature within 24 hours should not be higher than +35°C.
The relative humidity of the surrounding air cannot exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40°C, and a relatively high relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature, such as 90% at +20°C. Occasional condensation effects.
The altitude does not exceed 2000M.
When the device is installed, the inclination to the vertical does not exceed 5%, and the entire set of cabinets is arranged relatively flat.
The device should be installed in a place where there are endless strong vibrations and shocks, and where there is insufficient corrosion of practical electrical components.
This device is suitable for transportation and storage within the following temperature range: -25°C to +55°C, not exceeding +70°C within a short period of time (24 hours).
Main technical parameters
Structural Features
The main frame of the device is made of 8MF steel, and the frame adopts two structural forms of assembly and partial welding. There are mounting module holes E=20mm on the main frame.
The functional rooms of the device are strictly separated. The compartments are mainly divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms, and cable rooms. The functions of each unit are relatively independent.
The device places the horizontal bus bar behind the cabinet, so that there are outlet channels on the upper and lower sides of the cable room.
Functional Unit
A. The drawer layer has a modulus height of 160mm and is divided into four size series: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 2 units, and 3 units. The rated current of the unit circuit is 400A and below.
B. The change of the drawer only changes in height and size, and its width and depth remain unchanged; drawers with the same functional unit have good interchangeability.
C. Each cabinet of the device can be equipped with 11 1-unit drawers or 22 1/2-unit drawers.
D. According to the size of the loop current, the inlet and outlet lines of the drawer adopt the same standard chip connector with different numbers of pieces, generally one piece of connector ≤200A.
The transfer between the E.1/2 unit drawer and the cable room adopts the ZJ-2 type transfer piece with back plate structure.
F. For the connection between the unit drawer and the cable room, different pieces of the same standard chip connectors are used according to the size of the current, generally one piece of connector ≤200A.
G. The drawer panel has obvious signs of the location of the closing and breaking test, and the drawer is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device.
The feeder cabinet and the motor control cabinet are equipped with special cable compartments, and the connection between the functional unit room and the cables in the cable compartment is realized through adapters or transfer copper bars, which not only improves the reliability of the cables, but also extremely It greatly facilitates the installation and maintenance of cables for users.
The cable compartment has two width sizes (240mm or 440mm) for selection, depending on the number of cables, the section and the user's requirements for easy installation and maintenance.
The number of pairs of auxiliary contacts of the functional unit of the device is 32 pairs for more than one unit. 1/2 unit is 20 pairs. Can meet the needs of automated user and computer interface.
With the drawer as the main body, it has draw-out type and fixed type at the same time, which can be mixed and combined, and you can choose arbitrarily.
The device is designed according to the three-phase five-wire system and the three-phase four-wire system, and the design department and users can conveniently choose PE+N or PEN mode.
The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, IP40, which can be selected according to user needs.

Busbar System
In order to improve the dynamic and thermal stability of the busbar and improve the temperature rise of the contact surface, all the devices use TMY-T2 series hard copper bars. The connection part of the copper bars must be tinned, and the full length tinned is recommended. Full-length silver-plated busbars are also available.
The horizontal busbar is placed in the busbar compartment at the rear of the cabinet. 31 50A and above are arranged in upper and lower layers, and 2500A and below are arranged in a single layer. Each phase is composed of 4 or 2 busbars, which greatly improves the short circuit of the busbar. strength. (See Table 2)
The vertical bus bar of the drawer cabinet adopts "L" type hard copper tin-lined bus bar. The specification of the bus bar is (50×5)+(30×5), and the rated current is 1000A.

Installation, use and maintenance
1 When the device arrives at the destination, first check whether the packing box is complete. If the device is not installed immediately, it should be stored in a dry and clean place.
2 The device is installed from the wall. The installation base plane is required to be flat, the level error of the base channel steel is 1/000, and the total length deviation is 3mm.
3 It is recommended to use grade 88 and tension washers for the bolt fixing method of all conductive parts. The recommended tightening torque is shown in Table 4.
4 After the cable is connected, the bottom of the device should be closed to prevent small animals from climbing into the cabinet and causing short-circuit accidents.
5 Before the device is put into operation, the following inspections and tests are required:
A Check whether the electrical equipment and wiring inside the switch cabinet meet the requirements of the drawings, whether the wire ends are marked with numbers, and whether the wiring is neat and firm.
B Check whether the installed electrical equipment is in good contact and whether it meets the technical conditions of the electrical equipment itself.
Whether the main contacts of C main electrical appliances are reliable and accurate
D Check the reliability of mechanical interlock and electrical interlock.
E Check whether the withdrawable components are flexible and in good contact, and there should be no jamming or excessive operating force.
F Check whether the insulation resistance of the main circuit and the control circuit meets the specified requirements, check and test whether the grounding device of the switch cabinet is reliable.
G Check and test whether all meters and relays operate correctly.
H The drawers of the same specification should be easily interchangeable without jamming and collision.
Device Shipping and Storage
The device can be hoisted or transported by forklift.
The device must not tip over and be subjected to severe vibration.
If the device needs to be moved a small distance when it is installed in place, it can be pried on the four corners of the bottom frame.
Do not disassemble electrical products and components in the device.
It should be protected from rain and damp, and the ambient temperature should be in accordance with the relevant regulations of this sample.
